Wine, Cheese & Chocolate Pairing January 31, 2009

The first of our educational series, this event is meant to expand your knowledge of pairing wines with gourmet cheeses and specialty chocolates. Just in time for Valentines Day– this event will provide unique wine and food samplings along with presentations by a Chocolatier from the renowned TCHO as well as Megan Ward from Thyme a new market that specializes in cheese gormet cheeses. Event begins promptly at 1:00pm and will end at 5:00pm
