By dividing our time between technical and sales discussions, you’ll learn about effective sales and support methods, plus how to create out-of-the-box solutions for small and medium customers. We’ll define and evaluate the collaboration opportunities of Windows® SharePoint® Services, explore the enhanced customization possibilities of application templates, and examine various authoring tools and development processes.

At this track, you’ll also receive:

• Advice on deriving service opportunities for planning and integration services around Windows Vista.
