'Jack and the Beanstalk' gets turned on its stalk in this comic adaptation of the classic fairytale. After trading his cow for some magic beans, Jack climbs the beanstalk and does battle with both Gogmagog the Giant and a nasty little troll. But thanks to Jack's quick thinking, and some strong themes about responsibility, he escapes with a golden egg-laying chicken and even gets his cow back. The five songs offer a charming mix of pop, calypso, and even gospel.
