To discuss the following: Philadelphia-area developer Brian O?Neill of O?Neill Properties plans to turn this unique, 20-acre site into 999 townhouses, condos, and up to four, 13-story high rises, with parking for 2,000 cars. Construction may last up to 10 years. Such density ? and the prolonged construction timetable ? will guarantee horrible traffic snarls in our area, while threatening our safety, health, quality of life, and many other values we hold dear.
