Wild at Heart Vegan Mad Tea Party! May 6, 2007

Don your prettiest and most handsome tea party attire and come celebrate the golden Sunday afternoon with us. We will be serving a 100% vegan dessert buffet with our famous cupcakes! Treats galore--pineapple upside-down cake, pies, biscotti, cookies, brownies, and so much more yumminess as well as tea and coffee in traditional tea party style.(You don't have to dress up but we'd love it if you did!)

Please come out and support us in raising funds for our May campaign against the Markham Stampede (formerly the Great Markham Rodeo). We will be campaigning all month long against the rodeo leading up to our demonstration on May 26. Printing up our own leaflets can be very costly and we need THOUSANDS of them. We will be leafletting out in Markham every weekend leading up to the rodeo and then renting a bus to transport activists from Toronto out to the rodeo itself to protest it. Please join us at our Tea Party and help us make this year's anti-rodeo campaign even bigger than last year's!
