“Who spins the museum’s yarns?”
A discussion on how museums represent the world will be the topic of discussion lead by WSRC scholar, Hilde Hein. Hein will cover topics such as, who is responsible for collecting and selecting the art for the cultural intuitions, who selects the works on display and how do these choices influence its viewers.

The Women’s Studies Research Center (WSRC) at Brandeis University will host 11 lectures this semester featuring the works from various WSRC scholars. Lectures are held at 12:30 p.m. in the Women’s Studies Research Center, Epstein Building, 515 South St., Waltham, Mass, unless otherwise noted. Admission is free.
