White Pines Productions: Johnny Has Gone for A Soldier June 7, 2009

This new play by William di Canzio tells the story of a couple who meet and fall in love - just before one of them learns he's being deployed to Iraq. Now he wants to persuade his girlfriend to marry him before he leaves. This play is currently a finalist for the Julie Harris Playwrights Award for 'Best New American Script.'
