Market Street Gallery is pleased to present "When Angels Dream," a solo exhibition by up and coming artist, Norville Parchment, opening on August 2, 2010, and running through August 28, 2010. Artist reception on Saturday, August 7, 2010, from 6 PM - 9 PM. Works include the title piece "When Angels Dream", an impressive three dimensional, 80" X 90" three-panel oil on panel installation.

Norville Parchment has long focused on anthropomorphizing angels. His past work married heavenly beings, everyday situations and human emotions challenging traditional religious ideas and forcing a re-examination of the divine. In this newest foray, Parchment explores the angel dreamscape. Where do these otherworldly creatures live and visit in their dreams? Visit the stories that play out as they slumber...
