Wetlands 101 May 17, 2008

Get to know your local wetlands! Join Columbia Slough Watershed Council for a free workshop that will highlight the dynamic Big Four Corners area located in the upper Columbia Slough. A tour of this site will highlight local wetland history, land use change, development as well as current management and restoration strategies. They'll talk about wetland functions and values, plants and wildlife, as well as recreational and stewardship opportunities.
