Weston-super-Mare Armed Forces Day June 26, 2011

Armed Forces Day is an annual opportunity for the public to say thank you and recognise the outstanding contribution the Armed Forces community makes to this country.

The Weston-super-Mare event is taking place in Clarence Park East. It's free and open to anyone who would like to come and listen to the service and the fantastic RAFA Band playing a sunset concert.

Anyone wishing to attend is asked to bring their own chairs and rugs and arrive at 3.30pm, ready for a march in of the Standards before the service begins at 4.00pm. The service will finish at 6.00pm.
