On November 17, 2012, Westfield Valley Fair rolls out the red carpet to benefit the American Cancer Society for its inaugural “Couture Funding a Cure” event, an exclusive evening complete with high-fashion, entertainment, delectable fare, signature cocktails, and a special showing by Anthony Ryan Auld, "Project Runway" Season 9 designer, who himself has battled cancer.

“Couture Funding a Cure” will mark the exclusive unveiling of Westfield Valley Fair’s impressive new Luxury Wing, entertaining guests with live modeling of retailers’ latest fashions via vignettes appearing throughout the shopping center, including looks by Wolford, DDP, Juicy Couture, Bossini, Hugo Boss, Banana Republic, and more. Guests can also enjoy special in-store celebrations, ranging from personal styling and pampering to champagne and cocktails provided by Tiffany & Co., Microsoft, Mont Blanc, Louis Vuitton, Henri Bendel, and more – with other retail favorites open to guests for shopping, including Burberry, Tory Burch, Cartier, and Sony.
Guests of this exclusive event will be entertained throughout the evening with opportunities to win prizes and participate in a silent auction, with 100 percent of proceeds benefitting the American Cancer Society. As the nation’s largest non-governmental investor in cancer research, contributing more than $3.4 billion, the American Cancer Society has helped more than 11 million people in America who have had cancer and countless more who have avoided it and will be celebrating birthdays this year.
