West Coast Funnies - Starring Paul Ogata June 13, 2009

The West Coast Funnies Stand-Up & Sketch Comedy Show starring Paul Ogata. Paul's quick animated delivery gives the audience a wild ride through his stream of consciousness. He was the 2007 winner of the highly acclaimed San Francisco International Comedy Competition. The WCF will also feature stand-up comedian, Matty Balaker, a former Carlsbad resident now making his home and living his comedy dream in Los Angeles. Natty is making his 2nd appearance at Carlsbad's WCF Show. The popular Pearl Street Players will also present their short sketch comedies including "The News". The MC for the evening will be Kurt Swann, with his humorous mid-west transplant's view of the California life style. (non-alcoholic venue - no cover charges).
