Speakers
Tom Farris, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist and the President of Claremont Behavioral Services. Dr. Farris has been with Claremont EAP since 1991 and has been involved in virtually every facet of the company. He has extensive experience handling EAP cases including management consultations and cases involving substance abuse, violence in the workplace, psychiatric emergencies, workplace conflicts, traumatic incidents, psychological and family issues and other areas. Prior to joining Claremont Behavioral, Dr. Farris served as Director of Emergency Services for a Community Mental Health program in Alaska.

Mary Anna Weklar is passionate about applying her extensive business development expertise to assist employers in improving the personal health and wellbeing of their employees through the design and delivery of innovative approaches to wellness. Mary Anna has a 25 plus year career in health care service and she has been with Sutter Health for 13 years in strategy, business development and program planning. She is a member of the Northern California Employee Benefits Council, the Golden Gate Association of Health Underwriters and represents Sutter on the HERO (Health Enhancement Research Organization) Think Tank.
