Welcome to Risk Management - A Practical Workshop for Nonprofit Organizations November 6, 2007

This three-hour workshop will be delivered by a professional trainer from Imagine Canada's new risk management centre. The workshop will cover:

* risk management for the real world, including practical action lists called Nonprofit SmartTips®
* opening the doors to the insurance world: the coverages that are out there (CGL, D&O, and beyond)
* how to ensure that you get the most out of your relationship with an insurance professional, and
* how to get the support you need: learn about our plans for a support network of "designated risk administrators."

The workshop will not be boring! It will be interactive and fast-paced with a little humour mixed in. There will be creative small group activities and the trainer will regularly solicit participant feedback and questions. The workshop is aimed at staff, volunteers, and board members of small and medium-sized nonprofit organizations. Please RSVP to [email protected] to secure your space!
