Synopsis: Rupert is awkward, friendless, and loveless. He's also rich. To cure his loneliness, Rupert buys a small bankrupt town in Utah. The quirky populace of this the town don't buy into his newly invented confidence. Grappling with his bad investment turns out to be the key for finally finding friendship and love.
