Sponsored by Google, come learn about tricky web development issues with SEO and how Google provides diagnostic troubleshooting to work through them. We'll also do live website reviews with the experts and there will be plenty of drinks and snacks!

Jane and Robot (janeandrobot.com) is happy to present another free networking event. At Jane and Robot, our goal is to help web developers be more successful with search by helping provide design patterns optimized for real people, but also smart about robots and search. Check out our events page for information on more upcoming meetups and conferences.

For more in-depth details about writing search-friendly code for your web applications, come out for the SMX Advanced Developer Day at Bell Harbor on June 4th. Hear from Microsoft, Adobe, Google, as well as developers with real-world experience building web applications that attract visitors through search. Learn how to diagnose infrastructure issues and implement solutions that work. We'll cover a variety of technologies, including asp.net, IIS, Apache, Silverlight, PHP, Drupal, and Flash.

I went to the previous meetup by janeandrobot at the Solo Bar, it was great. I recommend this one for anyone interested in learning more about search compliant development and best practices for coding, etc.

I went to the previous one too! The Q&A by Nathan an Vanessa was personalized, honest, educated, and very helpful! Too bad about the projector, but the food, drinks, and casual atmosphere more than made up for it. I recommend these events to anyone looking to learn a little more about SEO as it pertains to web development, online marketing, or even (if you're like me) writing.

The last meeting was great. Enjoyed the conversational-style presentations and focused QA time. If you're looking to connect with other SEO focused Seattle-ites this is a great opportunity!

A great place to kabitz about that dorky stuff we all love so much. Nowhere have I seen a more humorous and unnatural Google/Microsoft affiliation - and it makes me giggle. Or was that the wine?

It was great! I won't miss the next one. :)

Super excited! I heard about this from a couple of my colleagues and am spreading the word... Thanks for putting this on!

Hi all. Anyone unable to make it? Please use the link to my profile to give me a shout. Would love to go if there is a vacancy. Thanks!

If you're not able to attend this one, we'll be scheduling the next one for late June (likely the week of the 23rd), so watch for news about that!
