In the modern marketplace, companies have a legal responsibility to ensure that their websites are accessible to users with disabilities. It also makes good business sense to make your products and services available to as wide a range of customers as possible.

This one day course provides a code level guide to common issues encountered by disabled users along with detailed technical solutions revealing the benefits of implementing web standards based, accessible web pages. Delegates will be shown how to implement accessible forms, tables, images, navigation and also how to implement accessible multimedia.
Information will also be provided on how to undertake an accessibility audit of your site.
This course is aimed at web developers and those in similar roles who have a comprehensive understanding of coding. If a more basic overview of accessibility is required for non technical staff “An Introduction to web accessibility” course also provided by User Vision is suggested.
