For the month of April we will be exploring the fresh and seasonal food from California with a Citrus and Beet Salad, San Francisco Cioppino and Blood Orange Balsamic Panna Cotta.

Mouthwatering Mediterranean
May 8th & 22nd

In May our Mouthwatering Mediterranean class will be a night full of rich Mediterranean flavors of mint, pomegranate, olives, citrus, almonds and of course the best Extra Virgin Olive Oil California has to offer.

Entertain In Spain
June 5th & 19th

June we will take a trip to Spain with Chef Lauren Mahlke as she guides us from tapas all over beautiful ESPANA that will amaze your guests at your next dinner party.

For our avid repeat customers, We Olive offers olive oils and aged balsamic vinegar in self-serve bulk by the ounce, where you can fill one of our bottles or bring your own bottle.
