Walk Your Way!! October 1, 2011

Have you every wanted to walk up Kennesaw Mountain but just could not find anyone to join you, well this event is for you. Come join me and some new friends as we do a "walk at your own pace" walking on the mountain. After the walk we will gather to talk about creating a healthy life style. There will be a different topic each week. Oct 1, will be " Eating healthy does not have to be yucky". I will provide a healthy snack after the walk. Come ready to start your journey.
