Times:
Check-in: 7:45 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
* History San Jose Main Square - on the Fire House lawn

Walk Start: 9:00 a.m.
* All Walkers depart together at 9:00 a.m.
* The Walk should take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete
* Walk route will close behind final Walkers
* All Walkers will return to History San Jose Main Square for vendor booths, entertainment, etc.

Vendor Booths, Entertainment, Dog Agility, etc.: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
* A Dog's Life - Dog agility demonstrations - with opportunities for Walkers and their Animal Companions to participate

Walker "Wag"ulations
* A Waiver must be signed and turned in day-of-event at Check-in if you have not registered on this site. You can download the Waiver here (insert link to new waiver pdf). You may print and bring with you to Check-in day of the event.

* The Walk Route is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Please, no skateboards, bicycles, scooters (Razors), roller skates, etc. - just your feet and your shoes! Restrooms are available at History San Jose and along the Walk Route.

* Sunscreen and hats are encouraged (limited beverages and snacks will be available for participants). No alcohol allowed.

Doggie Paw Rules
* For your dog's safety, we encourage the participation of dogs that are accustomed to regular excercise and are well adjusted to crowds and noisy enviornments with large numbers of peope and other dogs.

* Dogs must be current on all shots and rabies vaccination. Every dog must wear an ID tag.

* No dogs in heat. No aggressive dogs. HSSV reserves the right to remove any dog from the Walk that we feel is posing a threat to the safety of people or other animals, or that is unfit to participate in the Walk.

* Dogs must be leashed (6-foot max) and in control. No retractable leashes please. You must pick up after your dog. Encourage others to do the same.

* A walker can have no more than two dogs under his or her control and children must be at least 12 years old to walk one dog with adult supervision.
