Volunteer Your Arts & Crafts Skills w/ yKAN April 2, 2004

***Volunteer Opportunity***
The past few years yKAN members have generously volunteered their time helping with Culture Day which is a program produced by Also-Known-As.

Also-Known-As is an organization that offers services to those internationally adopted and their families. Since fully 1 in 10 Korean American arrived here in the U.S. through adoption, it's a great opportunity for adoptees to interact with the larger Korean American community. Culture Day is a once-a-year event for younger children and includes arts & crafts, stage performances, games, ethnic food, and vendors. Before the actual event, however, all of the Arts & Crafts need to be prepared for the little ones. That's why we need your help on Saturday.
