Humor in Voiceover

In this intensive three-hour session, L.A.-based voiceover artist Kevin
Delaney will introduce you to the wacky world of being funny with your voice!

More than 80% of all v.o. roles require an artist with a great sense of
humor. From TV and radio commercials, to characters for animation and video games,
the voiceover industry has a neverending need for entertaining, comedic
personalities.

Long gone are the days when you had to have the proverbial "great voice" to
do voiceover. Today, HUMOR is the name of the game! Kevin will demonstrate his
specific techniques for "finding the funny," and show you how to bring a
script indelibly to life. You'll learn how to capitalize on your natural comedic
abilities, and create vocal performances that are truly unforgettable.

This will be an intimate workshop; attendance will be capped at just 10
participants. Everyone will get scripts, and everyone will get to work "on mic".

Kevin specializes in a very direct and super-effective method of coaching;
you'll be amazed at how fast everyone will raise their performances up to the
next level with just a few key pieces of feedback and direction.

Kevin Delaney is a full-time voiceover artist and teacher in Los Angeles,
with credits including Looney Tunes, Warner Home Video, ScoobyDoo.com, ESPN, The
NFL Network, Texas Instruments, City of Hope Cancer Center, Disney on Ice,
Verizon Wireless, Panda Express, and more! Check out his website at:

(Please note: We're requesting that all participants arrive at the workshop
15 minutes early, to receive their scripts and have ample time to prepare.)
