Multi-woodwind mad genuis Vinny Golia will be presenting a free show where he will be will play, discuss, and take questions about a number of his solo works. Though he's well known for leading his Large Ensemble, we will have the intimate Vinny Golia experience--in some ways a large ensemble on his own. (In a piece we randomly chose, he plays : Eb, A, & Bass Clarinets, Sopranino, Soprano & Bass Saxophones, Piccolo, Bass & Latvian Clay Flutes) Saxophone.com says: "Golia is like the person who speaks 5 different languages fluently and at the same time can read and write artful prose in each language."
