Find out how Victorian women achieved that classic elegant shape. This talk will take you through Victorian women’s underwear layer by layer explaining why each piece was worn, how it was made and cared for. There will be an opportunity to view original pieces from the Bedales Historic Costume Collection and handle replica items.
This session is led by Cathy Flower-Bond and Jo Briffet professional historical interpreters

All workshops and talks last approximately an hour and will take place at Petersfield Museum’s Flora Twort Gallery unless otherwise stated.
There will be tea and coffee on arrival.

The suggested donation for each talk is £5 or what ever you can afford, please leave all donations in the donation box in the entrance hall.
