Jimmy Stewart Tribute: World War II Warrior & Movie Star

Veterans Day Kick-Off Saturday November 10, 2007.
Special Museum Admission is FREE for all Veterans, Active Duty Military, Guard and Reserves; $5 for adults age 13 and over, and $3 for children age 6-12.

Activities include:

10:00am ~ Jimmy Stewart Stamp Dedication Ceremony. Jimmy Stewart was an 8th Air Force member, B-24 pilot and Bomb Squadron Commander. He was honored this year with a stamp from the United States Postal Service.

11:00am - 4:00pm ~ FREE "Stamp Camp" hosted in partnership with the United States Postal Service. This is a great opportunity to learn about stamps and stamp collecting through fun activities.

12:00pm ~ Film: Harvey** Jimmy Stewart Comedy. Great for families. FREE with Museum admission. Complimentary popcorn and Cokes.

3:00pm ~ Film: The Glenn Miller Story** Jimmy Stewart Classic. FREE with Museum admission. Complimentary popcorn and Cokes.

**Movie seating is limited. Tickets can be reserved at the Admissions Desk. Jimmy Stewart Film Classics will also be shown on Sunday November 11, 2007 at the same times.
