Other names for it include: “short short story, sudden, micro, furious, skinny and postcard fiction. Famous practitioners of the form include Anton Chekhov, O. Henry, Franz Kafka, Ray Bradbury and Kurt Vonnegut, Jr. The challenge of flash fiction is to tell a complete story, with a beginning, middle and end, in which every single word is absolutely essential.

With a vibrant ensemble of six people Buntport Theater Company is intent on creating innovative and affordable entertainment, by writing and producing all of their work.
