============================================================

Join us next Wednesday, November 15 for a panel discussion with
leading angel investors, advisors, and CEOs. The panelists have
raised money from leading angels in Silicon Valley and beyond, have
been angel investors themselves in many high-profile startups, and,
as CEOs, have worked closely with top VC firms including Kleiner
Perkins, Foundation Capital, Mayfield and Redpoint.

Hear an experienced group of angels, entrepreneurs, and VCs discuss
their experiences and offer their advice. Topics to be covered
include:
- Tapping angel networks: where angel investors look for deals
- How to get an angel interested in your deal
- The angel funding process - pulling together a financing
- How to maximize the value (beyond funding) that angels can add to
your company
- Mistakes to avoid when raising angel financing and working with
angels

Audience participation is encouraged, so there will be ample time to
ask questions of the panel.
