Vegas in Virginia Wine Dinner and Wine Casino May 9, 2009

You are cordially invited to an exciting evening of wine tasting, entertainment and gourmet dinner themed around Vegas in Virginia.

At 6:30pm, you are invited to experience Vini Vegas ™, the ultimate Wine Casino. Equipped with vini chips, you have the opportunity to visit our different black jack tables specifically redesigned for the purpose of wine tasting.

Our tables include a white wine aroma table, a red wine aroma table, a black glass tasting table, and a couple of blind tasting tables. All along, you will learn about wine and be entertained by our sommelier dealers. Once you have accumulated chips, you can participate in our ultimate auction (of note, this game is fictitious and no money is used or exchanged during the game)

After the wine casino, you are invited to a gourmet dinner buffet style accompanied by the tasting of the different wines made by Chateau O’Brien. Chateau O’Brien vineyard is currently 15 acres with a planned expansion to 25 acres. The rootstock was imported from France and grafted with American rootstock. The vines were hand selected for intensity of flavor and true varietal character and are nurtured through organic / biodynamic agriculture. The winery and vineyard opened for full operation on November 1, 2006. Dinner is prepared by a private chef specifically for this event (menu to be announced shortly).
