Vashon Island Strawberry Festival July 18, 2009

This is the 100th Anniversary of this fantastic community festival. Simply something for everyone!

The Traditional Grand Parade, Vashon Artists in Ober Park, the Kid's Carnival, many Fabulous Food Booths, Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast, Bill Burby Fun Run and Music ~ Music ~ Music!

Music is a major feature at Vashon's Strawberry Festival. Last year over 225 performers entertained from Friday night to Sunday afternoon on 4 stages throughout the town. Genres range from blues to bluegrass, from rock to rap.

There are also 2 street dances on Saturday night, and even more music at the adults only Beer Garden as well as the Wine and Jazz Fusion event.
