Vancouver Green Drinks One Year Anniversary April 28, 2009

Hello Everyone,

Our next Vancouver Green Drinks event is fast approaching and we're really excited about this one. It's our one year anniversary! Yay!

We've secured some excellent guest speakers for this event and the door prizes are pouring in. Come for drinks, food, networking and perhaps even a prize! (If you would like to donate a door prize, please email us at [email protected])

The event officially starts at 6, but feel free to arrive earlier. The more we can stagger arrivals, the easier it will be for the wait staff.

We'd like to get a group picture and are asking everyone to wear the color green. We're also asking you to wear a name tag, if you have one. This event will be advertised in The Columbian and we're expecting a larger crowd than our normal, monthly events. We will likely not have the normal individual introductions, due to crowd size. Lastly, remember to bring plenty of business cards-one for the drawing and the others for networking. (We will have strips of paper for the drawing for anyone without a business card.)

If you could signal your intent to attend on the evite, it will help us to get a feel for how many people to expect. As always, food and drink are no-host. Who Song & Larry's is accommodating us with a wonderful space that we think will be excellent for this event and they're not charging us for the space. Please be patient with the staff if it gets really busy.
