• Proposed legal changes that threaten members' privacy;


• Mesh networking, and its potential benefits for internet access at reduced cost;


• Municipal wireless developments in BC and elsewhere. VCN's possible role in a Vancouver solution (the community forum concept);


• Developments in the practicality of Linux for home computing;


• FreeGeek Vancouver opportunities for VCN.
