Vampire Lesbians of Sodom June 25, 2008

So Vampire Lesbians of Sodom is one of those plays whose title is its own press release. No secrets or subtlety about it. We are doing a play about blood-sucking lesbians (literally). From Sodom (literally...and figuratively). This Pride, 2HT delivers you an all male cast slathered in baby oil (literally). Local drag sensations Lily Armani (the flower of Couture) and Patty O'Furniture star in this hysterical camp comedy as two girl-guzzling undead divas catfighting their way through history, from biblical times, to old Hollywood, to modern day Vegas. The garlic-hating, reflectionless, cunnilingus-lovers eventually make their way into show biz, and end up dueling for roles on the silver screen. A few song and dance numbers later, they seduce a young starlet and escape a vampire hunter via voodoo ritual. That's just how it goes when you like pussy and also have the ability to turn into a bat.
