Urban Girl Squad Learn to Surf and Beach Day! July 17, 2011

WHAT YOU'LL DO
If you're an urban girl but have always wanted to be a surfer girl, here's your chance! Outdoor Bound is taking a group of Urban Girl Squad (http://urbangirlsquad.com/site/event_display.php?id=200) members to the beach to ride the tide. You'll learn the fundamentals of surfing on land and then take it out to sea with instructor Elliot Zuckerman -- the only certified master surf instructor on the East Coast.

WHERE TO MEET/LOGISTICS
We will be getting on the 10:22 AM train from Penn Station, LIRR train to Long Beach. We will send out details for meeting as the event gets closer!

Bring lunch, water, a hat, towel and sunscreen. Wear your swimsuit, beach clothes and a jacket.
