Themes of change and growth shape a program that includes guest appearances by the UM Wind Orchestra, violinist James Stern and pianist Audrey Andrist.

The concert features Paul Hindemith’s Symphonic Metamorphosis of Themes by Carl Maria von Weber; Alban Berg’s Chamber Concerto for piano and violin with 13 wind instruments; and Richard Strauss’s Ein Heldenleben.
