Uhuru Benefit Art Auction September 27, 2007

The Uhuru African Liberation Solidarity Campaign presents the first Annual Uhuru Benefit Art Auction. The motive of this auction is to raise funds for African-led programs including sustainable electrification, water purification and independent media. This auction will feature cultural performances, a presentation by Ironiff Ifeoma, president of the African People's Education and Defense Fund (APEDF) and both a silent and live auction with Martin Codina as the guest auctioneer. The works being auctioned include paintings, multi media, sculpture and jewelry.
