The 2009 Grammy Award-winning Mariachi Los Camperos de Nati Cano commemorates its 50th anniversary and the bicentennial of Mexico with this special program. The concert will feature exciting guests who will help tell the story of Mexican independence through mariachi favorites “Viva Mexico,” “Mexico Lindo,” “La Bamba,” “Ave Maria” and more. A Los Angeles treasure, Los Camperos have emerged as the driving force of a musical tradition treasured throughout the world. The group is also known for its collaboration with Linda Rondstadt on the pop star’s critically acclaimed Spanish-language album, Canciones de mi Padre.
