He's also interesting to follow on Twitter, FB and Friendfeed, for his tech wisdom and shooting straight from the hip, communication style. To meet Robert, will be definitely worth your social media while.

We're thrilled to announce Elise Cutini, Exec. Director of The Silicon Valley Children's Fund who will be with us to share about the wonderful work that SVCF is doing to help Foster Youth in Silicon Valley.

Our next guest we're happy to tell you about is Ann Finnie known on Twitte as @AFinnie! She is a proud Navy wife and worldwide PR manager for HP's consumer PCs and office of the CTO! She is wise, warm and witty, so come on out! Meet and greet our special guests of honor and all the great people at TwestivalMV Silicon Valley!

We also will have autographed versions of Shel Israel's recently launched Twitterville book with a % of sales going to our charity! If you have not yet read this book, it is excellent.

Twestival is a globally held event brought together by the twitter community, locally and globally, to raise money for charity. The last event raised over $250,000 for Charity Water worldwide, which made it possible to drill approximately 17 wells, in 3rd world countries.

This being a local event, each participating city aroudn the world has chosen a charity of their choice to support. We have chosen to support: SVCF The Silicon Valley Children's Fund, helping Foster Youth attend college via the YES scholarships. www.svcf.org We are trying to help raise enough money for one scholarship of $2500.00. Please help us achieve this worthwhile goal of helping a student attend college for one year.

The Silicon Valley Children’s Fund invests in the development and expansion of high impact programs and practices that improve educational and life outcomes for foster youth in the Silicon Valley and beyond.

The Children’s Fund collaborates with educational institutions, community-based organizations, and public agencies to build their institutional capacity and deliver services that transform our youth into successful and self-sustaining adults.

The Silicon Valley Children’s Fund is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation.
