Turkish Days in NY / TURKIC & BALKAN PARK FESTIVAL September 26, 2009

Turkic-Balkan Park Festival will occur on Sunday, September 27th from 10am until 6pm at Brooklyn Prospect Park in the Nethermead field in Brooklyn. This is a whole day event which includes live stage performances of the Ottoman Janissary Band, Whirling Dervishes,
Turkic & Balkan Folklore teams, celebrities and elected officials from Turkey and New York; custom designed world famous Grand Bazaar booths; food vendors with famous Turkish cuisines; cultural and educational exhibitions; entertainment for kids; and more…
