Class Description
It's very easy to feel we have nothing to give, or that our efforts in giving become undermined by our expectations to receive something in return.

In this series we will learn practical ways to improve our own unconditional generosity and love. As a result, we will improve our own minds of love and generosity and we will gradually improve our relationships with family, friends, and others.
The class consists of a guided meditation, a short talk and an opportunity for questions and answers.

Each talk is part of a series, yet is self-contained. This means that you can drop in at any time.

What is a typical class like?
A typical class consists of a gentle relaxation meditation, teaching, discussion and concluding meditation. The meditations are guided and are suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Each class is self contained, so feel free to drop in at any time!
