TRU Actor Resource Night (and "Speed Dating") October 15, 2009

Theater Resources Unlimited (TRU), in association with Weist Barron Studios and Paula J. Riley, presents an Actor Resource Night (and “Speed Dating”) on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 7pm at Weist Barron Studios, 35 W. 45th Street, 6th floor, NYC. No, it’s not really a date. Just a way to meet some really helpful people, including casting directors Judy Bowman, Cahill Connolly of Casting Solutions, and Dani Super; photographer Blu Toth; coach Connie George; and five other coaches and website designers.

So what’s this about “Speed Dating”? Is this a fix-up? Nah, it’s nothing romantic. Is it an audition? Nah - no monolog slam, or need to be on. You don’t even have to sign up for “Speed Dating” to party with us.

Sign-in starts at 7:00pm and the first “Speed Date” cycle is at 7:15. Admission is FREE for members of TRU; $15 for non-members. To reserve a space or to become a member of TRU, please call 212-714-7628 or e-mail [email protected] – RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Email reservations are preferred.

Space is limited to 30 participants per night. TRU Actor Resource Nights are held every third month, in addition to monthly seminars offered by TRU for actors.
