Hear the exciting journey of naturalist Jack MacRae as he recounts his 15 day “Trek Across the Chicago Wilderness!” From Chiwaukee Prairie in Kenosha County, Wisconsin to Warren Woods in Berrien County, Michigan, Jack visited over 50 preserves, parks, and natural areas. Listen as he shares his experiences in the prairies, sand dunes, forests, flatwoods, savannas, rivers, ponds, wetlands, ravines and one great lake with visitors in hopes to inspire them to make a journey of their own.
