Train Tour: Chinatown LA February 20, 2010

We gather at the Fullerton Train Station at 7:15 AM and take the Metrolink train to Union Station, at which Muck Executive Director Zoot gives a tour of station. We walk three blocks to Chinatown and tour the Historical city. At 10 AM we tour the Chinese American Museum before sitting down for a remarkable dim-sum lunch at LA’s best dim-sum restaurant, Ocean Seafood. Keep your eyes open as this is a popular haunt for Hollywood’s appetites. Last time Zoot sat next to Ray Ramano! After lunch, we watch the 111th annual Chinese New Year Golden Dragon Parade. We return to Fullerton on the 4:30 PM train and will be back a few minutes after 5 PM. Everyone is Chinese on Chinese New Year, so come have fun in the year of the Tiger!
