Come and Enjoy (and learn of course!) Traditional Nigerian Cookery at its best! Mouth-watering dishes to be taught on the day include:

Pepper soup
Egusi soup and pounded yam

Tasty samples available will include jollof rice and suya(Nigerian-style grilled kebabs)

The course is run as a 3hr workshop running from 2:30pm - 5:30pm.

The course includes:
All ingredients to be used on the day
Food cooked on the day(enough for dinner for two)
Akhaya spice blends
Akhaya recipes cards

There will also be the opportunity to buy ingredients to recreate your dishes at home, as well as other related merchandise.
