Town Hall Meeting: Gail Borden Library in 3 to 5 years October 7, 2008

During the next 3 to 4 months the library will be embarking on a Strategic Direction Setting Process to help determine its priorities, plans and goals for the next 3 to 5 years. We need your ideas! At the meeting, the audience will be asked to give input on how the Elgin area is changing, how the library can be improved,their expectations and what they consider the strengths of the library.
