DESCRIPTION | Tony Fretton began his practice, Tony Fretton Architects in 1982. After graduating from the Architectural Association School of Architecture, he worked at Arup Associates. As well as being the Principal Designer of all projects, he is active in the discourse on design through lectures, seminars and writing. Tony's teaching posts include Unit Master at the Architectural Association, School in London from 1988-1992, Visiting Professor at the Berlage Institute Amsterdam and the Ecole Polytechnique Ferderale de Lausanne in 1994-96. Since 1999 he has been Professor of Architectural Design and Interiors at the TU Delft the Netherlands and taught a semester at the Graduate School of Design, Harvard, Cambridge MA, USA, Spring 2005.
