ICT focused venture capital & private equity forum

Central and Eastern Europe is a fertile environment for technology start-ups which incubate bold and innovative services. TMT Executive Seminars are events for such bold companies as well as investors looking for high returns rates opportunities in the CEE region. Many of innovative CEE companies emerge on the Czech and Slovak markets.

Warsaw Stock Exchange, MCI Management S.A. (a WSE listed VC fund) and New Europe Events decided to start hosting annual Venture Capital & Private Equity events in chosen CEE cities to create a pan-european platform for discussion between entrepreneurs and investment funds (PE, VC), consulting firms, incubators, technology parks etc. Such a community has a chance of shaping business practices and industry standards but most importantly it may bridge gaps and financing discontinuities between conseqent development stages: idea incubation, seed, start-up, expansion, exit.

The long term objective is to stimulate interest of the ICT industry in cooperation with external financing institutions and to increase the total amount of euros invested in Central European ICT growing companies. We also address this event to the top and business development strategy executives of the ICT industry. Participants also represent boards of directors, analysis and planning departments.

Previous TMT.Ventures event took place in February 2007 in Warsaw, Poland. Next TMT.Ventures event will be held in September 2007 in Prague, Czech Republic. Another such event will take place in November in Bucharest, Romania.
