Tia Carroll was featured during Jazzkarr in Tallinn Estonia. Awarded West Coast Female Blues vocalist of the year 2007 and recipient of the Jus Blues Music Foundation’s Traditional Blues Woman Of The Year 2008, in Memphis, Tia Carroll is carving a name for herself on the blues wall of fame.
