As one of the touchstone artists in the world of '80s pop, Thomas Dolby is best known for his 1982 synth pop hit 'She Blinded Me With Science.' He is also a successful session musician, music producer, inventor and entrepreneur, whose company Beatnik, Inc. created the polyphonic ringtone software used in over 100 million mobile telephones. He is currently performing with a three-piece band, highlighting his most recent work, the 2011 album, 'A Map of the Floating City.'
