Digital Magnetism, where we’ll be reflecting on an issue that’s effecting every business in the I.T. sector – why is it harder than ever to recruit employees with the relevant skills?

Despite having fantastic graduate opportunities in the North East and well-founded links to the region’s universities, there is an obvious lack of skilled staff – and at March’s event, we want to find out why.

Where are the workers going? Are we still hiding behind the North/South divide issue? Are we accessing the right people with the right skills? How can we resolve this increasingly crucial national issue? How can we increase our magnetism and retain this valuable resource?
