THEATRESPORTS: BATTLE-OF-THE-BAY
Fridays in May, catch all the action as BATS Improv presents their signature format, "Theatresports", in their annual Battle-of-the-Bay tournament. Each night two teams of the Bay Area's top improv talent face off in a fast paced competition, performing completely improvised scenes, songs, and games.

The audience is involved throughout the entire show, shouting suggestions, booing the judges, and cheering for their favorite scenes. Every show features at least one round of "Audience Challenges" where volunteers are invited to take the stage and play with the pros! (don't worry, they'll make you look great!)

With everything created on the spot, each show is unique and surprising! "Battle-of-the-Bay Theatresports" runs Friday nights through July, culminating with the Championship match on Friday, July 29.

IMPROVISED NOIR
Dangerous, Mysterious, and Hilarious! Saturdays in May, BATS continues to push the boundaries of improv theatre with a run of fully improvised, full length, Film Noir "movies", created and preformed on the spot, live on stage!

Expect the unexpected as you enter a sultry world of femme fetals, dirty detectives, and and seedy criminals. Every show is inspired by audience suggestions, a no two shows are ever the same!
